Very nicely laid out between a small river (with waterfall!) and the road. Good cabins with attention for detail. A lot of personnel is engaged in keeping the property clean and leaf-free.
Breakfast was good, with freshly made eggs and a nice chat with Donna Lourdes on where to go and what to do. Quick response when our shower didn't produce warm water and when we requested to give our room a sweep.
Relatively expensive for Brazil. For this rate you would expect a non-electric shower and a swimming pool that allows diving.
We would have loved to receive more information and tips on what to do and where to go in the area upon arrival, that is one of the reasons to select a pousada over a hotel: to feel a guest, instead of a customer.
Noise from the nextdoor bar on a Sunday night didn't fit the scene.
