Location and comfort
The position of the toilet in room g9. I was squashed and I had to put my forehead on the wall in front of me.

Room is clean and well kept, staff is friendly and honest, they informed me that I left my phone in the room after checking out.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the security guy helped me to park and assisted with carrying my suitcase. I was asked on regular basis if they can come clean for me,

The front office staff Thabiso, Faith and Thobile were very friendly and welcoming. My room had a big TV screen and a new microwave, loved it.
I was allocated to a very beautiful and spacious room 136 but the problem was the bathroom floor was not cleaned all, luckily i had my flip flops on. The aircon did seem to be working, i did not need it at that night. Noisy guest through out the night but again i cannot fault the property on that. some guests would misbehave for no reason.
