La bâtisse et l’histoire de l’établissement
En pleine canicule, ne pas être prévenu qu’il n’y avait pas de climatisation dans notre chambre… et apprendre le lendemain qu’il existait des chambres climatisées… sentiment assez désagréable… De plus, on paie le même prix pour une chambre avec ou sans climatisation ! Pensez juste à prévenir les clients pour éviter des mécontentements…
