Room was clean and modern, everything worked as it should.
When I arrived they were not aware of my booking.
Had to request and collect water refills each day.

Huge room, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom.
The spa bath hot tub feature did not work.

The bathtub was amazing. The staff was amazing.
One of the plugs in the room didn't work. The pillows were very puffy and hard. The mattresses were not good. The room didn't get warm until late at night. The walls were thin so I could hear children playing and laughing all night.
