Un appartamento in cui abbiamo trascorso solo due giorni, ma in cui soggiorni ben più lunghi sono supportati dalla presenza di ogni comfort, dal forno alla lavatrice, al balconcino attrezzato. Il condominio è molto elegante, con giardino ben curato e, ovviamente, un canale pieno di grossi pesci che lo attraversa senza l'assillo delle zanzare (e vorrei il segreto). Susanna è una padrona di casa più che disponibile, attenta ma anche discreta. La distanza dal centro è di 10 minuti scarsi a piedi, e l'auto è parcheggiata in uno spazio condominiale che, di notte, è protetto da sbarre (di cui Susanna fornisce le chiavi). Ottima soluzione abitativa sotto ogni aspetto.
