The staff were very nice and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable with parking right outside.
If you are not Thai but enjoy a Thai breakfast, make sure you tell the boss. I heard the Thai people saying the breakfast was very good.
We tend not to eat Thai food at breakfast, so had toast and the boss gave us both a sandwich. Such a kind thought, as just toast would have been fine.
The grounds were also very pretty. A beautiful garden.

The staff let me check in early and it was fairly quiet. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets were very clean. The breakfast was good with choice of western or Asian. Very chill if that is what you are looking for. Close to Sam Ao Stadium if Prachuap is playing a soccer match while you stay there. Also a short 3 block walk to the newer Monivan station.
The bathroom needs some help. Shower and toilet and door need a few repairs to make it nice again. It is down a very dark side street at night with some stray soi dogs lurking making it a little uncomfortable. It is also sort of a hot far walk from the beach area.

Subpar bathroom : too dark for shaving, so-so shower. Breakfast : rice soup.
