All was fine. Floor-ceiling windows, large balcony adjacent to kidchen and living room, all spaces are large, dishwasher and gas stove - all working.
There is one full functional shower in the master bedroom,
One in front of the first secondary bedroom and one the third bathroom is rather a restroom as it only has a sink and a Turkish style toilet (in the floor). Funny thing: there is a fire exit from master bedroom shower, right to another staircase.

no security cameras in building
last 3 days there was bad smell in kitchen , we did not know from where
price high but in general trabzon this season became expensive

Very clean.
Good sea view
Parking availability.
Spacious.
Difficult to reach , it is uphill, the road is not easy.
Lighting is bright white.
No black out curtains.
Cooking smell in the stairs and elevator.
Construction noise around it.

* - White Lighting looks like that of a Hospital, very uncomfortable
* - Unstable Internet
* - Bad Maintenance (locks don’t work, bulbs are burnt, washing machine has issues)
* - Lack of Mirrors
* - Terrible noise insulation, can get very noisy due to other people (despite them claiming it is well insulated)
* - Water can suddenly get cold while showering, and it also runs out fast
* - Elevators are too small
* - Felt Unclean
* - Poor Cleaning Service
* - Emergency Exit in the Bathroom
* - No Dryer
