The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was convenient for getting to any point of interest, especially by taxi. Several restaurants and cafes inside and nearby. The staff is very attentive, but few of them understand English.
The dinner buffet is great bu overpriced. Use of the pool is not included in the price.

Amazing view over the lake. Location directly across the road from the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby and a convenience store, bakery and cafe in the hotel. Comfortable bed.
I thought people were exaggerating about the lifts but they were truly terrible. Room had a leak in the floor/wall join near the shower. ‘Coin laundry’ only takes card but doesn’t seem to accept foreign cards. A bit difficult to get around, need to use taxis but they aren’t too expensive. The hotel is just too big for the amenities provided, not a good experience trying to visit any of the shops/cafes etc because it’s too busy. It was a bit unclear whether they offer room service - option was on iPad but didn’t seem to work. It just doesn’t seem like a high end hotel when you are staying there.
