Excellent room, very quiet, liked the attention to detail and amenities, superb for a long lay over! Convenient and great value for money, I always book a room there.
Deadbolt lock did not work, reported it afterwards and it would be taken care of.

I really like the idea of this transit hotel. It is much better than going out through immigration and customs early in the evening then doing the same thing in reverse the following morning.
I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

The location is great for overnight transfer. The food court is right across so it's convenient. The hotel also provides clear instruction how to find the hotel. The hotel staff tells you what time you should check out based on your flight departure time.
The room is very small. It's not sound proof since I heard people talking in the hallway and closing the doors.

It was adaquate
For an airside hotel, I found it to be a bit like a Motel 6 rather than an upgraded experience. It really needs to be updated.

"So convenient! Rooms are small but have everything you need for a layover. Made my journey so much easier and more enjoyable! The bed was soooo comfy too and I loved that there were no windows to help..."
