I loved everything about the content inside, there were everything we needed, kitchen, bed room, bathroom and sitting room, everything inside was perfect

The service at the reception was terrible The guy that worked late on Thursday night 24 August at the reception was confused it seemed as if he was still learning He was not even able to help us get the key in the locked box . And whn I asked him is there something we can do to get key he literally said there’s nothing he can do about it I was not happy to fly all the way from Gauteng to Durban to get such a terrible service I literally waited an hour at the reception to get the key and I only got it after calling the owner of the place multiple times , only then they told me I should get the key at the locked box on the door of our room and not at the reception

It was clean and on point with everything. Another thing, the smart tv is the best. You just get everything you need in one place. I was so happy and I highly recommend this place.

Poor

The sofa bed was broken and the bedding was oily and filthy, then we were given an inflatable mattress to sleep on, which was not comfortable, I would suggest this room for two people/ couple because the room does not accomodate a third person.

Good value for money

The place is close to almost everything, clean and safe. The owner was kind enough to allow us to check in before check in time for free. There is enough towels for bathing and swimming. Free Wi-Fi. Kitchen well equipped. We had the best vacation ever. The view is to die for. House keeping staff (Zama) is the best.

The apartment need pest fumigation as it has cockroaches. The cooling unit in the living area need fixing, it gets hot there. It's not Loadshedding equipped, but the owner let's you know ahead of time. No spare key for cleaners.

Everything I saw on the internet I was there at the apartment. Cleanliness is on top level. Honestly is also key. Location is at a secure and peaceful environment. Staff members are very helpful. Your wishes are respected.
