Very central location and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about Granada and things to do in Nicaragua. They also helped us arrange a tour to Masaya volcano.
We had no idea the room we booked would be right next to the pool. This meant the room was humid and smelled like chlorine, and that there was a lot of noise and no privacy for us at all. Also there isn’t a full wall between the bed and the bathroom, which caused multiple issues. The staff weren’t able to offer us a change of rooms or cancellation. I think this is way more of a backpackers hostel if you’re in your 20s - not a place for a good private room in your 30s. We could have booked somewhere else that was quieter and cheaper.
