Everything was perfect! The location is great, steps from the beach, in the center. The rooms are specious and clean. The hotel is very well maintained, garden area is beautiful. Breakfast is good. Monty Restaurant was the best choice for dinner - service, food, experience were amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We loved everything. To mention a few things:
We loved the staff, especially the cleaning staff on our floor and the lovely staff from the restaurant area
I appreciate that the fruit and vegetables had a good taste, not the cheapest versions
The beach was lovely and clean, the pool as well.
We received a travel cot it eas clean and looked new
The garden and surrounding area is well maintained, everything was great.
We loved everything. If possible maybe the exterior playground for small children could be improved

The hotel itself is beautiful. And the location is beautiful. Rooms are a good size. Very clean.
The pool in particular is perfect. Nice play area for kids too
Massively Leaking shower into the bathroom. My son slipped a couple of times on tiled floor
Cleaners also knock at whatever time they come - different each day - and if you are still in or you ask them to come back. They just donāt. So in 4 days we had our room cleaned once. And towels changed once. I had to call for towels - because I had to use them to mop up the leaking shower I couldnāt reuse - the second time the receptionist shouted at me down the phone for asking
The staff are a mix. Some lovely. A lot very rude and roll their eyes at you.
Breakfast is also a let down really.
