Quite and friendly neighbourhood. At 5 mins walk there is metro station, so travelling around paris is easy. Have restaurants nearby, so you dont have to travel far away for food. Also room services are on daily basis.
A little expensive as compared to room size. And Toilet is very small and not comfortable. To use it you have to leave door open and also there’s no proper ventilation system so toilet smell spread across the room.

Good location. 40 min to Eiffel tower by public transport. Bakery and loads of restaurant just next to hotel. The owner was kind and helpful. Room has TV, Fridge, Microwave and fan. Good for a budget trip.
There is a strong foul mould smell on the room and it doesn’t go away. The building, rooms and furniture are too old and squeaky. The mattress sinks in the middle. The pillows are most useless thing in the room, just like a piece of cloth. Toilet and bathroom are shared.

The main reasons of selecting Hotel Feria was its local feel, being away from the tourist areas and having good transport links to the key sites in Paris as well as the selection of great local supermarkets and shops which made the stay easier. Upon arrival around 19.00 Phileppe was very helpful in providing a overview of the Hotel and accomodated some special requirements which i had made
The room was of standard size, suitable for 2 of us. There was a compact shower room and modcons such as microwave, fridge, kettle and iron facility. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and overall the experience was satisfactory. There were a few issues on the dated and tired looking furniture as well as bedding and for at least 2 nights a person in the hotel was extremely loudly talking at the early hours till around 03.30am. I did report to Phileppe who had already received other complaints about the issue. Despite these issues I would still recommend this place for a cheap and cheerful stay.
