Passable

Kitchen was fully equipped for making food. Apartment was very close to metro, if going to porto pick z3 trindade stop, cost €2.30, going back home, stop at brito capelo (takes about 30min). Beaches were 20min walk. Shop just cross the road. Internet worked good. Elevator worked as apartment was on 3rd floor. Concierge met at the apartment, didn't needed pay any money, neither deposit. Bins were outside the apartment, cross the road, but no extra bags.

Beds wasnt comfortable. Bunk bed was very noisy, couldn't sleep, so had to move kids to our bedroom. Suggest to get sofa bed, as the couch was very small if you want to chill out and watch tv after a long day exploring. About cleaneles of floors, not sure when they were washed as my daughters socks were black after 5min. (Bring your own slippers!) Mould was everywhere, in shower, in bedroom. Skirting boards wasn't cleaned either.

Superb

The location is excellent, a short walk to beach a 30minute ride to the city center. Very nice fish restaurants just around the corner. The appartment was clean and big enough. View from the window on neighborhood.

Like other review is saying, the double bed was soooo bad. Please just change it, burn it, throw it to the sea ! The noise with every movement was really annoying :(

Location was very good - trams right outside, centre of Porto 30 min , beach 10 min walk, massive covered fish market 5 min walk. Famous fish restaurant called Valentin a few streets away.

Had wait in the street for 15 mins or so to be with an agent. Good welcome after that.

La ubicación, por eso elegí este apartamento.

La cama de la habitación principal era muy incómoda. La habitación secundaria con literas, no tenía ninguna ventana, era un poco agobiante el espacio y sin ventilación. El sofá del comedor apenas es para dos personas, cuando es un apartamento habilitado para 4. Hay espacio suficiente para poner uno más grande, sino dos ocupantes están en el sofá, y el resto en sillas.
