The hotel staff is amazing, everyone at the front desk was very helpful and kind, the rooms and facilities were extremely clean. They provided excellent customer service and the value for the money is exceptional. I loved the pool bar on the roof top , the bartender is one of the best in Puerto Escondido and the drinks are delicious and very well priced. Great place and location. You also have a delicious and affordable Tacoria next door which I also highly recommend eating at.

The hotel facilities were very pleasant. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a nice shower and a balcony. The bed was also nice and comfortable. Service was good and staff did a good job. Air conditioning worked very well (and we needed it for the summer heat).
The location. Despite seemingly in a great location, it just did not work for me. The hotel was hard to access even using our rental car. There is no easy or practical way to access the beach by walking given the hotel is on the highway and you would need to cross it every time. We had to use the car every time. In addition, the proximity to the road made it a bit noisier in the room but not particularly bad.
