The location is great, on a quiet street but close to atractions and shopping, also a lot of restaurant and caffes near by. It is not far from public transpport, which we used a lot.
The room was not very big, but o.k. for us. They did not refill tea, if you didn't ask for it.

Location was great if you like to stay in Myeondong area. The room size was good enough for 3 people. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were cleaned well.
It would have been better if the bathroom photos clearly showed whether it was a tub or shower. We got 3 rooms total and 2 rooms had shower which we all preferred but the one I stayed in had a tub. The rooms were just basic but good enough considering we were out most of the time.
Would be nice if they had a least 2 stools in the room instead of one.

Location was handy and close to trains and a palace. Bed was comfortable and clean.
The hotel is very old and tired and expensive - I have stayed at more modern hotels in Seoul with more facilities for 30% less.
The breakfast was disgusting - cheap sugary cereals, old cut up bananas, plastic wrapped cheese slices, cold rubbery scrambled eggs. We couldn't eat any of it.
When we came back for our bags after check out the Receptionist was on the phone for ages with a queue of 6 people waiting around. He never made eye contact with anyone, just stayed on the phone. Really poor service. I ended up getting my bags myself and giving him the tickets, he still didn't acknowledge me.
