Excellent service from everyone we spoke to. Happy to accommodate requests even in the early hours(!) Apartment was lovely, clean and has everything you need.
The pools are only open 10am-10pm

We loved everything about the property, especially the beautiful decor and high-end technology. The fridge, stove, oven, and other facilities were excellent. There were more than enough towels and kitchen supplies, and the pools were great. The restaurants were amazing, and having everything from shops to makeup stores within the property was extremely convenient. The location was also perfect, only about 10 minutes from St. Barnabas and the Salamis Ruins.
The only issue with the room was a persistent smell coming from the bathroom that lasted throughout our entire stay. Neither we nor the staff could figure out the cause, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed and use an air freshener. An extra roll of toilet paper would also have been appreciated.
Unfortunately, we also had a very unpleasant experience at the spa. We booked a neck, shoulder and back massage for my mom, and she came back feeling significantly worse and in considerable pain. She has still been experiencing pain six days later, which was very disappointing.

Modern, clean, all facilities available though had trouble with the internet initially
I was unaware of the €100 cash deposit at the time of booking and the manner in which you get it returned. Someone inspects the room whilst you are present and you then have to go to the office to collect it. It feels contemptuous
