This was the perfect house for a hen weekend and had everything we needed. (10 of us)
Extra fridge/freezer in the garage which was kept open for us. The hot tub was well maintained during our stay. All the beds were comfortable. Large open plan layout. Cute little farm animals with the most beautiful sunsets on an evening. The location was excellent with only a short taxi ride into Chester. A lovely country pub about a ten minute walk with beautiful Sunday lunches. All in all a fantastic weekend had by all.

If I did have to say something it would be the water pressure wasn’t great for showers and a couple of girls would have liked more mirrors.

The grounds are so beautiful, the hot tub a little bonus (although unsure if its cleaned regular).
Only about 15 minutes into Chester, on quite a busy road but you don't hear any cars, it really is as peaceful as it looks. Hearing the sheep in the mornings is a lovely touch.
The beds were rather comfortable, lots of space in the living room and a huge lovely dining table. Enough seating outside when we pulled some dining chairs outside. The 'dorm' style room was great and more comfortable than I expected it to be with lots of windows to let the heat out.
There's an airfryer which is a fantastic touch!!
The house overall we didn't find clean. The mugs were full of dirty in the bottom and needed cleaning before we used them, aswell as the cutlery. Bedrooms relatively clean but bedding in one bedroom smelt a little musty.
Kitchen area is small, but it worked for us. Only 1 small fridge but access to another behind the property.
Not suitable for hen parties.. there was 12 of us between 30-65 so we weren't loud but the owners stood watching us all evening from their conservatory in the dark. We were very respectful played no music outside after a certain time and remained contained within the house and the garden attached yet them came over on both nights saying neighbours complained... I don't believe that to be true.
The house was set quite far back from their house but a male stood watching us in the dark does feel very uncomfortable.
I think if it was cold or raining and we needed to be contained inside we would have felt different.
They said no hot tub use after 10pm, we didn't use it beyond around 6pm and we don't believe the 10pm curfew to be unfair.
It was very warm when we were there, so with that in mind we'd struggle being shut in the house at 9pm (which is the time they suggest people go indoors).
Only 2 bathrooms in the whole house and 1 off a bedroom which did cause some issues and the showers weren't great but did the job.
