good location but too loud and bright in the morning of you want to rest and sleep in.

the space and location

Mainly the loud noise in the morning. They have a soccer field next to the building and the noise of people playing soccer there woke me up around 7:30am and couldn’t go back to sleep. Also, the entrance door of the apartment was missing the door handle and had dirty tape around it. Finally and importantly, I used my devices there to check the news after the elections and I accidentally left my iPad in the bedroom. I was so disappointed by the news that I didn’t use my iPad again and realized I was missing it while getting my suitcase ready travel back to New York almost two weeks after my stay there. I called the receptionist who acted a bit rude and did not even ask me details about the iPad or my contact info in case they do find it. I hope you can make sure they search throughoutly. I will sincerely appreciate it.

Very disapointing...

The location is good near bars and restaurants.

Due to the location it is imposible to sleep during the week due to the ambulances that constantly pass by (its behind an hospital) and it is imposible to sleep during the weekend due to the intoxicated people leaving the bars nearby that take over the streets. There are also few dogs right next to the apartment window that bark all night, making it imposible to sleep and rest! Besides that, the apartment is not very well maintained with doors that do not close and have scotch tape on them, water taps that are disgustingly greenish, a kitchen "table" about to fall over, and so on. There was also an interesting episode: I left the appartment 1 day earlier so i spoke with Diego who was very nice at first and asked him if he could refund the last night and i would deliver the keys 1 day earlier. He said it was OK and for me to leave the keys as he would refund that night. 1 week later and the night hasn't been refunded yet and when i asked he said that he would need to discount taxes, IVA and so on... I was still OK with that, however almost 1 month after leaving the apartment i am still waiting for the refund and Diego no longer responds. It was a very disapointing stay ending with Diego failing to his word. Would not recomend for the price compared to the conditions. If you have an apartment on booking, please invest something in maintnance.

Good location, dirty floors, unfinished shower

Location was good. Nice that there was a reception onsite to provide keys. Reception staff was friendly and provided their own personal toilet paper since our place had none. The air conditioner worked well.

Check-in was set for 14:00 but the room was not ready until 14:35 which caused us to be late for our tour. Upon check-in, we discovered that the apartment was not that clean- especially the floor which turned our socks black. They forgot toilet paper but the receptionist was nice and lent their own personal roll. The main shower in the master has an unfinished section where tiles are missing. The host needed to come with the credit card machine to charge us (reception could not do it).
