A practical apartment for four people opposite a spa, with parking.

The accommodation is clean and well equipped. The owner is kind and helpful. The motorcycle was safely parked in the parking lot. The owner has a restaurant in the castle (Ristorante Hostaria Modi), where you can enjoy world-class food and drinks! 😊

Nice location, not so nice treatment.

I went on a cycling trip, and this is a good place in the heart of Tuscany to explore the surroundings. The apartment is spacious, with a decently equipped kitchen, and backyard to enjoy the quiet.

The host Gianluca was not very nice, and he did not deliver on what was promised. The Booking property page said "free wifi", but it turns out the host sets up a cellular modem with a limited package for web-access. Once the package was finished he replaced it once, but after that one was finished, i.e no GB left to use, I was out of Internet. I tried to contact him about it, but he simply did not answer me. So I had to rely "Hotspotting" my cellphone and paid extra for another package, and had to limit my usage of the web to avoid buying more packages. Unfortunately, "free wifi" is false advertisement. If you limit the usage, then you should make this clear in the renting conditions. Also, the host did not once check up on me, to see how I was doing, and if I was missing anything. Despite the comfortable apartment and good location, this detracted much from the experience. P.s I just read the host's reply. This is amazing. Almost every word in his reply is a lie. I've never had such a bad experience with a host in Booking, and this pack of lies just adds to the pile. I'm amazed at how deceitful the host can be. Luckily it's the only such experience I've had in Italy, and all other places I've stayed in were great, and all other hosts were lovely.

Appartamento ottimamente attrezzato per la preparazione in autonomia della colazione e dei pasti. Ambienti ampi e ben arieggiati, oltre che condizionati. La vicinanza alle terme è stata particolarmente apprezzata, oltre alla possibilità di parcheggiare praticamente di fronte a casa.

Proprio per essere pignoli: l'aggiunta di appendi abiti a parete all'ingresso potrebbe risultare comoda. In alternativa, si potrebbe attrezzare in tal senso una parte dell'armadiatura già presente all'ingresso ed ora occupata da alti oggetti.
