No wifi, bad breakfast, no sound proofing for loud doors, being pressured into checking in.

location, very clean, nicely furnished

The bathroom is down the hallway and not attached to bedroom, glass door to room is bad because another guest came home around 1am and put the light on in hallway. That means your room is bright and light. Outdoor access is super dark and doesn’t feel safe.

A cosy room in Anguillara

The room was in an apartment converted to be a B&B. We were in a room, with a private bathroom reachable via a common corridor. The room is a bit small, but we slept soundly. The common area (kitchen and living area was really nice, and the lovely host prepared a very nice breakfast area.

Room is a little small and Wifi was not working. There was also no iron (which we needed as we were attending a wedding)

Exceptional

Everything was very good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is interested in spending time in Anguillara Sabazia. The location is perfect, close to the lake and very quiet.

Good

The position is very close to the lake. We were 3 adults and we had a double room with an extra bed added to it, that made the space a bit limited but we were ok. The breakfast it is available in the living room/kitchen and the guests are asked to prepare their own breakfast by using a coffee machine with coffee capsule and warming the milk in the microwave . It does not include fresh products (no fresh bread or fresh fruit), but there is a supermarket close to the location when needed. The kitchen unfortunately cannot be used, but we made a good use of the microwave by warming up pre-made meals from the supermarket when we felt to have dinner in the location. The rooms are cleans and very nice decorated. The room and bathroom cleaning occurs every day

The room was facing a very busy streat that is very noise on early morning and till late night in the weekend. If you are planning to stay more than one night, it is good to know that new guests can arrive at any time of day and night without notice. This may create a lack of privacy in case you were relaxing in the living room with your pajama :) And talking about privacy, be aware that the bathroom is outside the room and other guests may be around when you are going to have a shower :). The morning of our last day we only got 2 coffee capsule for 3 adults, although they were more the evening before. But two more guests arrived in the evening and they told me that they got one capsule each directly from the owner. This results in them having their coffee in the morning but left us with only 2 capsule :(

Language barrier

Location is very good and the room was nice and clean.

The fact that the entrance was not lit up in the night. Not only did it feel unsafe but it was also difficult to identify which key out of 3 that should be used to enter the premises. In addition, it’s not a place for foreign travellers who dont speak the local language as the host did not speak one word of English which did not help.

Nice and cozy hôtel close to the lake

My friend and me were warmly welcomed and the communication with the hotel went were well. The room is clean and decorated very nice and we had a huge bathroom to use. All in all a pleasant stay and highly recommended for a touristic stay at the lake
