Tidy apartment in a great central location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, some just across the street. Beds were comfortable and the air-con worked well. Very friendly host met us on our early arrival with our keys.
Our particular apartment was on the top second floor and there are 21 stairs between each level, so that's a lots of stairs which would not be ideal if mobility impaired. Whilst it's convenient to have bars across the street, this meant loud street noise, so not ideal when trying to sleep.

Great location close to bars, restaurants, shops and cafes, reasonably quiet street. 15 mins walk to Marina and 29 mins to beach. Air con was great as 32 degrees. Little balconies in each room and comfy beds.

The apartment is well located in Malaga city center
When booking the reservation months before, all through booking.com Parking said was included for the price.
When we got from USA to the apartment, the lady who gave us the apartment keys said it wasn't included so we had to add 23 euros a day for parking because it was impossible to park anywhere, even in the streets you had to pay through the meters by the hour, this issue pissed me off right at the our arrival to the apartment. The lady said booking advertised it with parking included when they don't.....all a mess....
Lots of stairs steps to get to the room, (42) there was not elevator either.
The bedroom side tables were dusty and the exposed ceiling beams too.
The ceilings upstairs are low specially inside the shower.
The apartment is well located in Malaga city center but not convenient when traveling with large baggage or infants and the not included parking its located across the street too and not at the same building
