Great location, fab for a trip

The location was fab right on the beach! Tram stop was central as well. Accommodation was spot less. Loved that it was dog friendly.

The lift is very noisy which obv can’t be helped. Parking can be a bit tricky if the car park is full but we got parked next again day. Wouldn’t let that put you off.

Nice clean apartment, quiet area and easy to access

Appartment was clean and comfortable. The view was really good, and the area was quiet. Instructions for access to the property were easy to follow.

Everything was good except there was no tray for the oven.

Good location but...

Fantastic location, balcony was wonderful and the size of the apartment was good too.

Bit dirty, dusty, broken toilet seat, broken heater and I crushed my hand between the fridge and door frame when I was trying to open the fridge door as it was stuck. A brick for a door stop for the kitchen door, broken window in the front bedroom and the radiator was too noisy to sleep through so it was cold in December. No response from host.

OK but a bit disappointing in parts but....

Location was excellent with the beach right across the road. Trams and buses stopped right outside

We were disappointed that when we arrived we felt that flat hadn't been thoroughly checked through. Both shower doors were off the runners, no tea towel, heater not working and a few odd bits like crisps on the floor. That said once reported it was mainly put right the next day

Good stay however disturbed sleeps due to every little sound

The location was perfect, comfortable, homely, modern and lots of things on the door step.

Car park spaces- wasn’t enough for each apartment got told to reserve one so I asked to and they stated it wasn’t necessary. Got there and had to drive around for 30 minutes to find somewhere to park. Popping sounds coming from the bathroom ventilation throughout the stay which caused a disturbed sleep. Hearing every foot step even though it was stated as sound proof kept us up majority of the night.

A pleasant, stress-free stay in a spacious apartment with great views and amenities.

We were in the penthouse apartment which had a balcony on the seafront, perfect for watching the illuminations and tower in the evening, and a spacious living area with a TV, sofa, table and chairs. There were two bedrooms with a wet room between, and a separate kitchen with all the appliances you'd want. Entry to both the main building and apartment were via codes which were texted to me prior to check-in, as was the wifi code. The wifi worked fine for me. There were other people staying but we never heard noise from other rooms. Fluffy towels were provided and the beds were comfortable, with extra pillows and quilt available in one of the wardrobes. There were heaters in the bedrooms and living room which were fully adjustable. The £100 damage deposit was taken the day before check-in and returned the day after check-out. The whole process was efficient and stress-free. The owners were communicative throughout the process, and when I had a question it was answered within 5 minutes.

Honestly there were only minor issues, if I can even call them issues. The kitchen could do with some tea towels and kitchen roll, and there's only one bin in the apartment (in the kitchen). One of the windows in the living room needs fixing as it was letting in a draught, but once the curtains were closed this wasn't a problem (and to be honest this is an issue in almost everywhere we've stayed!). I don't want this to be taken as criticism, I just want to provide feedback on how this stay could have been 10/10 rather than 9.5/10, plus I'm always suspicious of reviews which are 100% positive!!!

Clean fresh small apartment

Thought we had booked a balcony sea view apartment. We were to the side so no balcony or sea view but everything serviceable. Don't like them taking 100 deposit in advance and taking it off to return later. I'd rather they didn't do that.

Clear communication on day of arrival. Easy to find and access the property and get into my room

Genuinely had no problems or anything to fault, a perfect stay which having been to blackpool many times since I was a kid is unbelievable to say.

Nice enough but wouldn’t stay again due to the lift situation

Very clean throughout

The lift wasn’t working. We were told they were waiting for an engineer to come but it looked like it hasn’t worked for a long time and we were in the top floor. My husband has mobility problems and found it extremely difficult navigating the stairs each time we went out.

Perfect location, great place to stay. Felt really at home.

The property was perfect. We liked the layout, decor, furnishings, location and sea view. Everything inside was clean and it was brilliant to have bathroom and kitchen essentials there.

The windows needed cleaning on arrival - the window cleaner comes on a Friday - which was at the end of our stay. I managed to pick up some spray from the local shop for just £2 which was perfect for the kitchen windows - giving us a brilliant view of the beach and sea even from inside.

Was a great week in Blackpool, the apt. was mostly good, I would stay again if lift worked well.

The location was really good with the beach across the road from the property and a chip shop across from the entrance too. Very close to tram stops & only a few stops in either direction to get to the south pier one way or the central pier & tower in the other direction. The flat interior was lovely although a little tight for space to unpack in the studio, we lived out of our suitcases. Not a big deal though. There was plenty spare towels & sheets and the shower was lovely, quite a high step to get into it though, again only due to my mums mobility so nothing major. Managed to get a space in the car park (free) which was great as we left it there and used the tram during our stay @£22 for the week each. The cleaner lady was lovely, and a great help on checkout day as she took our bags down the stairs for us, since the lift wasn’t working again.

The mattress on sofa bed was heavily stained and very thin. I slept on the sofa cushions on top of the mattress. The bed was comfy though my mum got a good sleep in the bed. There was a few essentials missing in kitchen such as tea towels, oven tray or dishwashing sponge and soap etc. but we read that in reviews so brought our own so not a huge deal. The biggest let down was the lift was broken 4/7 days we were there. Not good when we both relied on the lift due to very poor mobility for my mum. At least two nights we stayed in due to having to use the stairs, my mum struggled a lot so when we arrived on check in day & coming back in one other afternoon & lift was broken we stayed in on those nights as my mum wouldn’t have managed the stairs twice in one day. 😩 I asked if we had a fridge or fridge freezer was told it was a fridge freezer, but in the studio we found only a fridge. We managed though. I was told the owner was going to call me back about the problems with the lift but 2 days after checkout he still hasn’t been in touch.

Comfortable in apartment, but access stairs narrow and lift was not usable when we visited

Location was good. Communication was adequate and done only through text messages.

I packed in front of the building since the designated car park was filled by the time of my arrival after work on the 22nd June night, where I was instructed by text message that I can pack, but was given a parking fine next morning when I got to the car. Yet to be resolved as I write this review.

No communication. Told there was parking and when we arrived no parking avaliable.told to park on the pavement via text.which I refused to do.sea view balcony actually looks out over a fish and chip shop and a derelict building as well as several drunks/drugies.we drove for six hours to get there and it was so disappointing we decided not to stay.no help from the owners at any time. I had prepaid so they obviously didn't care.i would strongly recommend looking up the location on Google maps prior to booking.

Great location

The location is fantastic, tram stops a minute away all the shops, piers tower and pleasure beach only minutes away.

The shower only had hot water for approximately 1-2 mins and the bedroom was very small (no where to store any clothes or bags)

Perfect location, great size apartment with good facilities.

Perfect location on the seafront only 5 minutes walk to south pier/pleasure beach. Great having balcony to look out over beach. Was good to have separate bedrooms rather than all sharing and apartment facilities to eat.
