Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, eine absolute 10 aus 10. Die Lage ist toll auch wenn es abends bis 0 Uhr recht laut auf dem Straßen ist.
Die Zimmer sehen online doch deutlich neuer und besser aus als sie am Ende waren. Am Pool sollte sich darum gekümmert werden dass wenigstens die grundlegenden Regeln eingehalten werden, besonders im Bezug auf Mittagsruhe und Sprünge ins Wasser.

Le camere erano pulite e funzionali, molto carina la piscina adatta anche ai bambini, la colazione buona e varia per tutti i gusti. Disponibilità del personale molto cordiale e gentile.
Unica nota migliorabile è la varietà della colazione per persone celiche considerandone il costo,....avevo richiesto la disponibilità in fase di prenotazione ma purtroppo la colazione si è basata su 2 merendine confezionate e due fette di pane confezionato per tutti e 4 i giorni di soggiorno....potreste mettere a disposizione un fornetto dedicato a scaldare questi prodotti che renderebbro la colazione più gradevole.....esempio i pancake senza glutine esistono in commercio e si possono riscaldare facilmente.....un pò di attenzione in più sarebbe un ottimo biglietto da visita.

Das Hotel an sich ist gut, hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Strand, eine gute Ausstattung, ein gutes Frühstück, einen schönen Pool auf dem Dach. Alles in allem ein Ort den man grundsätzlich gerne wieder buchen würde……wenn da nicht - siehe nächste Rubrik
Gegenüber unseres Balkons lag ein kleiner „Freizeitpark“ für Kleinkinder. Mit Trampolins und aufblasbaren Rutschen. Ab 19 Uhr bis ungelogen 00:30 Uhr wurde dieses „Kinderparadies“ mit lauter Musik beschallt, sodass an Nachtruhe nicht zu denken war. Ich weiß nicht, wie die Lautstärke auf der anderen Seite des Hotels wahrgenommen wurde, aber für uns leider ein No-Go .
