Nestled in Canyon Lake, this lovely condo for $844 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 2 separate condos: 203: 3/2 condo. Sleeps 6. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: Queen. 3rd bedroom: 2 Twins. No pets. 204: 3/2 condo. Sleeps 8. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: Queen. 3rd bedroom: Twin over Full bunk with a Twin trundle. No pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. This is a family friendly complex. Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced between 10 PM- 9 AM. These 2 condos are in the perfect spot for a weekend get away on the Guadalupe River! Second floor condos, with vaulted ceilings and double sliding glass doors, that are floor to ceiling, opening out to a gorgeous patios with spectacular views of the river. Perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or finishing the day with a glass of wine. With direct river access you’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by. Rio Guadalupe Resort is located right next door to rent tubes. You can also take a dip in our brand new pool. There is something to do for everyone. This complex has covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator. These condos are impeccably decorated and come fully furnished. Both living rooms have amazing views of the river and open out to fabulous covered patios with comfortable seating. Both kitchens are fully equipped including toaster, blender, coffee maker, and more. Each master bedroom has a king size bed, Flat screen TV as well as a private bathroom. Two of the guest bedrooms have a queen size bed, in the remaining 2 bedrooms condo 203 offers two twin beds and condo 204 has a twin over full size bunk bed with a twin trundle. Guest bathrooms are located conveniently near the living room and guest rooms. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. These condos sleeps 14 comfortably in beds. Bring an air mattress to accommodate 2 additional guests for a total of 16. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 4 parking passes and 16 wristbands. If you have more that 4 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. Maximum occupancy 16 guests, not to be exceeded at anytime. No daytime guests allowed. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $3000. WORD permit #L1364. **WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. We rented both condos for an extended family vacation. Some of the things we liked the most was the access to the river and the gorgeous view from the balcony. The kids went down and played in the shallow water for hours. The adults loved the adjoining patios. We sat every evening and watched fireflies. The condos were very comfortable, clean and inviting. There was plenty of room for eating and playing games. We enjoyed the breakfast bar and used both kitchens for our family meals together. The kitchen is where I would have some suggestions. We stayed in 204. The silverware was too small. The regular forks were smaller than normal salad forks. Also, there needs to be some larger bowls for salads or mixing. There were only 2 trash bags...for a 5 night stay with two families, we had to purchase more. Also, a full length mirror somewhere would be nice! The pool was also a hit! It was very clean and sparkling. There were plenty of chairs and a covered area. We would definitely stay here again! We liked the location which was very near the entrances of the Guadalupe if you plan on floating the river. I would definitely stay there again!

Property was very nice. Beautiful view of the river from the balconies. Grassy area for the kids to play football or other outdoor games. You can walk down and sit in the river right in front of your condo. Grandkids took an inflatable boat and paddled around. Kitchen was well stocked. Grocery story is only a couple of minutes away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's always a great place to stay. Walking distance to tubing rental. Float right back to condo, so no one has to drive.
The property description is very accurate. Very well maintained and clean. We had an issue with the bathtub not draining well, contacted New Braunfels Escape and it was fixed within a couple of hours.

Happy independence day

Happy independence day

We stay in the two properties with a large group for the 4th of July. The river access was great for young kids and was family friendly. Spacious enough for 4 families. The only detraction from the stay was the security guard walking in the breeze way between the two properties. He was in no way rude or obtrusive, but it felt like he was walking in our living. I realize he was just doing his job. This is my only complaint. Otherwise it was a great time and we will visit again soon.
