This home offers enough space for up to eight guests, making it the perfect setting for family gatherings or large groups of friends. There is even a connected garage apartment that comes with its own bathroom and kitchenette. Catch up with friends and family in the expansive living area. Just off the great room is the fully-equipped kitchen which provides plenty of space, gadgets, and stainless steel appliances for the family chef to get creative in. You'll love serving your guests slushy cocktails over the handsome dining table or out on the screened-in patio while the kids romp around the yard with the family dog. Walk down to Blanco River to spend the afternoon tubing, or hang out in the living room to enjoy a DVD movie marathon with lots of buttered popcorn. Soak your worries away in the property's private hot tub then spread some blankets across the yard to enjoy an evening of stargazing while savoring glasses of delicious local wine and good company. With so much to enjoy, you and your guests are going to simply love your stay in this impressive and luxurious home! Only one hour from Austin, Wimberley is home to towering cypress trees, spring wildflowers, and all kinds of artsy, outdoorsy, adventurous people. Stop into Wimberley Valley Winery for some delicious wine pairings and tastings then head back to visit Ino'z Brew & Chew for a delicious bite to eat. The Corral Theatre is an open-air movie theatre, where you can 'see the stars under the stars.' Jacob's Well, a phenomenal and popular swimming hole fed by The Trinity Aquifer 120 feet below, is only seven miles north. Both Luna Rio Main House and Luna Rio Cabana can be rented separately/together. THINGS TO KNOW Drought conditions will affect the water levels for this property so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels. Please make sure that the hot tub is covered when not in use. It is serviced Friday mornings. The fireplace is not available for guest use. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We were a party of 14 and slept very comfortably. Everything was very clean and well supplied. All the kitchen utensils you can think of. Soaps in all the bathrooms and at all the sinks. The hot tub was hot for July but we were able to turn down the temp and enjoy our evenings. There were plenty of deer to see each morning and evening. It was a trek down to the river. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Everything in the home was beautiful and clean. Even better than pictured! They thought of everything. We had the best time for our girls weekend. The response of the property manager was great. When our coffee pot didn’t seem to be working properly, he brought us a new one super fast that morning and everyone was so happy. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was beautiful, spacious and even better than expected! It was super clean, every bathroom was stocked with great products, the furniture, the layout, the beds, the property, all were top notch! Great place for any type of family gathering, girls weekend, etc. It felt very private even though you have neighbors, you cannot see or hear them. The hammock, the hot tub, horseshoes, all super to have on property to enjoy and relax! One bedroom cabin on the property is just as great, it had its own hot tub and screened in porch as well! The charcoal and gas grills needed some repair which we let them know about, so if you are looking for that option just check before you book. We would book and stay again with no worries!!

We rented Luna Rio for an overnight work retreat and it was wonderful. Our reservation was for all of the buildings on the property (including the garage apartment and guest house) which created some confusion upon check-in. This definitely could have been more clear but I might've also missed something. My only other point of dissatisfaction was that the garage apartment was blazing hot upon arrival - unlike the other spaces that were refreshingly cool. Every part of this home and its accompanying spaces is beautiful. Nothing was skimped on in the renovation or furnishing. All of the furniture is super-comfy. The views are beautiful. The hot tubs were ready. They've thought of many details. We loved using the Sonos speakers. And even on a warm summer day, we enjoyed the huge screened porch. The price is hefty, but you do get what you paid for. We greatly enjoyed our stay and intend to return!

Beautiful house and property with easy access the Wimberley shopping. The kitchen is great and fully stocked with utensils, pots etc. Great porches with deer roaming the property. The only issue is the very slow WiFi which limited our ability to do streaming.
