L'accoglienza del gestore, la posizione centrale e sulla bellissima via del vino, il bellissimo palazzo in cui e' posizionata la struttura
Diciamo che si potrebbe rendere un po' piu' moderna la camera, ma il mobilio e' ok ed ha il suo fascino vintage :-)

Immobile storico centralissimo ad Appiano ben tenuto e con personale molto gentile. Parcheggio comodissimo a pochi metri.

La struttura é molto vicina al centro della frazione, a pochi km da Bolzano centro, é molto accogliente e siamo stati benissimo nonostante l'assenza di aria condizionata. Manca il parcheggio, ma abbiamo trovato parcheggio vicino, in caso il proprietario si é offerto di lasciarci parcheggiare nel suo posto riservato.
