Old historical feel

The customer service was exceptional. Especially from Jose & Maria who welcomed us when we arrived and made us feel at home. They also helped us with our bags.

it was an historic building, so we felt like we were staying in a piece of local history. Although some of the mod cons of a new hotel were not available ( air-con) a good substitute, a ceiling fan, worked adequately. The staff were great and the manager who I think was the owner as well, José was a really friendly helpful man.
Air-con would have nailed it, but I appreciate that due to the nature of the building this may not be possible

The staff is very nice and the place itself is very beautiful
It's located above a bar and people were partying until 3 or 4 in the morning, so we couldn't sleep until then. Also, the bed is very hard and not the most confortante one. Not recommended if you want to have a good night sleep
