* The room was nice, and it was pleasant to spend time on the balcony.
* We were allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated.
* The young woman and the manager who welcomed us at check-in were friendly and helpful. The woman working at the breakfast was also kind.
* The fresh fruit at breakfast was good.
* Cleanliness definitely needs improvement.
* The rest of the staff, especially the restaurant staff and the doormen, were borderline rude. They never greeted us, never smiled, and always seemed annoyed. The hotel should work on staff training, particularly regarding basic courtesy, hospitality, and welcoming guests.
* Breakfast was the same every day, and the quality of the food, including the cooked dishes, was very poor. They even managed to make scrambled eggs badly and overcook the hard-boiled eggs!
* A taxi is necessary to reach the main tourist attractions.
