Our family of three loved our 2-week stay here! The home was bigger than expected, very clean, bright, modern, stylish and functional. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for our visit (including kitchen supplies). We also took advantage of the nice outdoor seating and beautiful views. Our host, Jens, was very friendly and quick to respond. We definitely plan to stay here during our next Wuppertal visit and highly recommend it for both short and long-term stays.

Light-filled rooms, tastefully decorated, exceptionally neat and clean. Everything was exactly as pictured. The house is down a long lane in a peaceful and hilly, tree-filled neighborhood. Picture windows offer views to the opposite side of the little valley, which was especially pretty in its fall colors. Kitchen was stocked with sufficient equipment (pots, mixing bowl, whisk, spatula, etc) to actually cook something. Well organized information about the area, attractions, transit schedules, wifi and house instructions available. Thanks to the kind hosts for accommodating my late arrival and still managing an in-person greeting and tour.

Nothing. I loved that this place was close to the Wuppertal city center, but not in it. The neighborhood seemed safe and I managed fine as a solo traveller via foot, public transportation and an occasional taxi. However, many travellers would prefer the efficiency of having a car at this location (there is free private parking).
