A lot of mosquitos, difficult road to the villa

The villa was great, nice view, well maintained and enough space for six. Highly recommended. The owner is very friendly, we were welcomed with open arms. He regularly cleans the pool and thinks it is very important that everything is to your liking. So great!

The only thing you have to take into is that uber and bold don't drive all the way to the top, so if you want to use this you have to walk a bit off the mountain (and therefore also up). Fortunately, the owner does have his own taxi company. This was our holiday the savior. All six of us had a great holiday and we definitely recommend this villa! Love

It's not easy to reach the location. In my eyes are cars or taxi neccesary. Also the south side of the pool should need a fence for safety. In summary, just some small thinks to make the location perfect. Would recommend another visit! :)

Property is really nice with a nice view on the mountains. Ivan is really friendly and accommodating.

The villa is on a hillside with distant views of the sea and the islands and of the nearby hills and rocky mountains. We always had dinner on the upstairs terrace and watched the sunsets. The area is quiet and off the beaten track so a car would be a must. We hired a car from Nova rentals and explored the area, there are many beaches and the road along the Riviera is stunning. The villa has plenty of room, it is divided into two apartments, so was ideal for our family of two parents and three teenagers (we took upstairs they had downstairs). When we arrived it was very clean and the host was helpful and informative about the local area. We don't like to stay in the middle of town so this place was very good for us. The pool (cleaned regularly) is big enough for cooling off and splashing around in, and the AC was needed as the temp was in the low 30's (90's f) for the whole week. Croatia is a fantastic country to visit, the area around Omis was our favourite, we did a number of excursions (canyoning, deep water soloing and climbing) with Iris Adventures who really looked after us. Hire a car and go places, like Krkr falls, beautiful.

The journey up to the villa is not for nervous drivers, as the villa is on a hill there are a number of sharp bends on the narrow road up. The traffic isn't heavy and if you encounter another car there are passing places, but as I say if you a nervy driver you wouldn't enjoy the journey, but it's worth it.
