New, modern hotel, spacious rooms, air conditioning, not a bad breakfast, excellent location.

The only problem is with the hotel staff here are the reasons:
1. In Booking the hotel states that there is a pool, but in reality there is no pool.
2. In Booking the hotel states that there is a jacuzzi, but in reality there is no jacuzzi.
3. We ordered food in the room service. They told us it would arrive in 25 minutes. After an hour, we understood they hadn't started cooking it yet and we canceled the order.

The front desk staff helped accommodate my request for room change, was polite and respectful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection was very good
The drawer below the where the kettle stood had dirty silverware and bread crumbs in it. The bathroom curtain needs to be washed

Everything exceeded my expectations! The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the facilities were well maintained. Thanks to friendly and welcoming staff, my stay was incredible, everyone was always happy to help! I also appreciated the delicious breakfast with a great variety of options. Overall, the hotel offered outstanding experience and made my stay truly enjoyable.
Honestly, I had a wonderful experience and didn’t encounter any issues. Everything was amazing!

The first impressions of Kyrgyzstan begin with the country's border, the next is of course the hotel where I stayed. Everywhere I was greeted by warm, helpful people who helped from the bottom of their hearts. The greatest appreciation goes to the hotel administrator, I have fallen in love with Kyrgyzstan from the first day. The hotel had a quiet and peaceful rest with a great buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.
