CARPARK的上下通道太斜太狭窄，很危险。早上灯没有，开车很危险，人身安全。洗澡房的地板永远水不干，太滑了。

Comfortable stay, amazing location

Whole apartment was very spacious all the necessary arrangements was given

Reaching to the property was very difficult, difficult to communicate with owner. Owner asks for deposit for property, and it was promised to reverse back within weeks. still not received on my card.

AVOID - very dirty, noisy, poor condition (bad renovations) and lack of empathy by property owners

Apart from the location, nothing to like.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY!! If I could give it negative stars, I would. 1. It looks nothing like the listing, is merely half renovated and not maintained properly. See photos below to see images of the real property. Apartment is half painted, wall fillers are randomly clustered on walls, small fragments of plasterboard in some corners. The apartment itself was presented to us in a dirty condition. Couch full of stains, curry stains on the table, layer of dust on the table, plasterboard dust in corners, stains on the wall and window frames - just to name a few. I booked the apartment for the dining table so that I could work but it was so dirty that I could not work on it properly and had to work from the bed. Yes, they did offer to clean the apartment after we messaged them, but the apartment should be cleaned BEFORE visitors arrive and not during. Ultimately we declined as we occupied the apartment the entire time and did not want our privacy invaded upon. 2. There is a lingering bathroom smell that does not go away. 3. The air-conditioning in the living room is very old but the one in the bedroom does not turn on at all. 4. Loud due to neighbouring nightclub (we had preference for a quiet room) Plush gave us one option - shorten our stay and receive a pro-rated refund. If we decided to shorten our stay, we would be tasked with the impossible mission of finding a new apartment and because our stay was during the busy Xmas period, there were no other accommodations to stay at. After explaining this, Plush still declined our proposal for a partial refund, stressing us even more as we had to continue staying and paying for this apartment. Overall, this accommodation is not worth the price due to its half renovated condition, poor level of cleanliness and the lack of empathy by Plush. Our stay in Ipoh has been ruined by this experience, and we recommend avoiding this apartment, and Plush services, if you want to avoid the same experience.

Good location and worth the stay!

Everything was good, and guests were happy. Keys were not in the letter box when arrival, but they respond to us very fast. Location is good as it was near to some restaurant, easy for food finding during night time.

Huge penthouse and swimming pool

Difficult to access to unit from carpark. Some of the room, linen dirty and having some odour. Picture at website, totally different.

Its good for group stay.

The bed, i like firm bed and it was a good one. Master toilet was clean and nice. there wasnt a kitchen but it was just a basic pantry for heating food. The interior was otherwise done nicely, comfortably.

There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods available. At least provide 2 to 3 bottles of mineral water. When we arrived it was past midnight and there wasnt any water to drink. The other smaller toilet had roach. Ipoh generally is a cooling valley. We dont have to keep the aircon on at all times. So would suggest to have fan installed. The place had enough space for 7-8 pax but there was just blankets for 5. 2 blanket to share and 1 for a single person.

Strategic location but poor quality unit.

Location is convenient. You can walk about to a lot of eateries. Unit is very spacious.

Unit is shabby. Run down. Not taken care of. The toilet has a very strong sewage odour. It was horrible.

Strategic location, room spacious enough, wifi, TV wifi connected.

*Room & check in* Guest not sure which entrance or the actual entrance to get to the letter box or security because there is many shoplots around the building. Maybe host should share photo of the check in entrance in the instruction guidelines. No room switch indicator sticker, we got confuse on switches at the start. There is coffee machine but no coffee capsules, maybe shud consider take it away if not at least indicate where to get the capsules. No instant coffee or tea sachets just sugar sachets, if those are not meant to be there maybe should just remove it. *on travel tips* Roadside Parking, maybe can help in indicating the parking meter operation time & where to get parking coupon or to get related parking app as we manage to get a parking spot but got a summon next morning as there is no board stated the meter operation period.

Overall, I am satisfied.

Location is very strategic. Can go anywhere around Ipoh with ease. There are a few convenience store within walking distance. And Ipoh Parade is very near. Check-in process is swift. Condo is clean.

Could have provided separate shampoo and body wash.
