The villa is beautiful and located in a very nice and peaceful area. The views and surroundings are lovely, and the property itself has a lot of potential.
The biggest problem was the electricity. For approximately two days and two nights in total, the main circuit breaker kept tripping. The electrical panel was about a 4-minute walk from the villa, so we repeatedly had to walk there to reset it, only for it to trip again after around 15–20 minutes. During these periods we were left without air conditioning, hot water and lights, which was extremely uncomfortable in summer.
We had informed the host a few days before arrival about one additional guest and were charged an extra €400, which we were asked to pay in cash. Considering that the original price of the stay was approximately €2,200, we found this additional charge disproportionately high.
The villa was also poorly stocked for six adults and one 6-year-old child: only two 30 ml bottles of shower gel were provided, as well as a small, already opened roll of kitchen paper with no replacement.
After paying approximately €2,600 in total, we expected reliable basic utilities and better preparation for the number of registered guests.
