Perfect stay, highly reccomend

Great location and orientation of the apartment, no problem with sunshine during the day but beautiful sunset view. Apartment was clean and realy comfortable and beach is 5 minutes easy walk. Medulin is beautiful, beaches are nice and full of content, you will not be bored. All compliments, hope to come back for some more weekends until summer ends.

The apartment is very nice and spacious and comfortable. It is well equipped and has also a washing machine. The balcony is big and has a nice garden view and beautiful colours when the sun sets. The problem though is that neighbour that lives on the ground floor sometimes makes barbecue so the smoke comes right at the balcony. They also have a dog that is barking all the time even at night.

1. The treatment of the owner was very unprofessional. He decided to accommodate us in the other apartment that he owns which is much less comfortable. He obviously had other guests in the apartment that we booked and lied to us that the air-conditioner did not work there. Then we complained and after two days when the other guests left we were allowed to move to the apartment that we booked in the first place. That was such a hassle and a waste of time, not to mention the disrespect. 2. The water heater for showering is VERY small so one has to make only very quick showers. It is not good for people with long hair. 3. The payment is in cash without any receipt. I asked for some kind of confirmation that we made the payment but the owner kept of postponing it and he never gave us anything. 4. The owner was not in Medulin so the whole communication was done by texting. Totally annoying.
