非常に静かな住宅街で落ち着いて、夜もよく眠れました。アパートなのに1階なので庭もついており、そこで朝食をとったこともあります。すぐ近くにｽｰﾊﾟｰ（LIDL）があるので毎日その日の食材を調達できました（但し、欧州はどこでも同じですが日曜は休みなので要注意）。ザルツブルクの中心部までは、歩いて3分のバス停からトロリーバス9番で直通、15分。便利です。16泊しましたが、全く飽きることもなく楽しく過ごせました。自転車を用意するように事前にお願いしましたらその間ずっと貸してくれました（無料。
オーナーが原則ドイツ語のみです。前の家の方もドイツ語オンリーのようでした。テレビも全てドイツ語。渡航前にドイツ語検定3級を取得しましたが、不十分でしたね。来年は2級を取得して再挑戦します。

The open kitchen + living room was great, full of nice details, very comfy, with all the things we needed and more. Nice bathroom and bedrooms, specially the main one. The whole flat was very clean. The windows were great, we couldn't hear a thing from outside. The backyard is a very nice addition, we loved having breakfast there every morning. The underground parking slot was very handy, and the bus stop was very close and convenient, in no time we were in the city centre, and the bus service runs late so we went back "home" at night by bus too. It was definitely a success choosing this place. Thanks Arthur for all the energy you must be putting for sure on keeping this place at this standard.
The pillows would be the only thing I would improve.

De badkamer is uitstekend, ruim en hoog, met bad en ventilator.
De gastheer reageert heel snel en heeft een prima ordner met informatie klaargelegd.
De woonkamer is ruim en heeft een goed, stevig bankstel; de kussens waren lekker stevig.
Er mag een prullenmand bij; het systeem onder het aanrecht is niet ideaal.
Er zou mogen worden vermeld waar er in de buurt een glasbak is.
Je zit in de buurt van een recyclebedrijf, dus 's ochtends kan er geluid zijn.

Very spacious, great kitchen facilities and coffee beans/machine provided, access to laundry, easy to get to the city via the free buses. Artur was also very helpful.
The pillows were a little flat, and without air conditioning it got a bit hot during the heatwave (however we understand air conditioning is not common in European countries).
