The property is near the main train station which is a plus but getting there if not by car is a bit intensive due to the hill climbing. Clean apartment and spacious for our needs.
Another plus is that there is an AirPort Express(AE) bus from the main train station directly to the airport. (Property being nearby you can easily catch this bus)
The check-in was at a specific time. If outside of their “preferred” time you will get charged extra. Seems they created some “extra” unnecessary ones. (Like if you lose your door card you will also get charged) A bit far from the central part of Prague. The beds were in a metal frame- so be careful not to hit yourself…

Air-conditioning - at the night of our stay it was much too hot in the room, although we're supplied with a fan, we could hardly sleep, b. of the heat.

The room isn't bad, it gets plenty of natural light and is spacious and pleasant.
It's not good value for money. The towels smelled a bit strange (as if they hadn't been dried properly). Check-out is too early (10:00 am). A desk is needed at the table so that the fridge and electric kettle are not on the floor.
