La Bastide des Pins

We chose this beautiful place for our honeymoon, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. From the lovely surprise we received upon arrival to the breathtaking sea view and the delicious French-style breakfast, every detail made our stay truly special. Our hosts, Isabelle and Alain, were absolutely wonderful — warm, thoughtful and always ready to help, making sure our stay was even better than we could have imagined. We felt incredibly lucky to have discovered such a beautiful and peaceful place, and we are leaving with the most wonderful memories. We promise we will be back one day — this beautiful place deserves a second visit, and we can’t wait to return!

Beautiful home that owners shared up in the hills above Vence.

Hard to find initially.

This is a place we would definitely want to come back to. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and provided us with lots of information about nearby towns and restaurants, while also respecting our personal time. We spent the entire day by the pool—reading, sunbathing, and taking photos. The road up the mountain isn’t the easiest to drive, but it’s absolutely worth it. The view is unbeatable: you can see the Mediterranean Sea, planes landing and taking off from Nice Airport, and the city lights nearby. Our bathroom was clean and spacious, with strong water pressure and a bathtub—the shower was truly relaxing. Breakfast was delicious. I usually don’t eat jam or yogurt, but I ended up finishing the fig jam and homemade yogurt!

First of all, the location is incredible. A stunning breakfast spot! Second, the breakfast itself was delicious, fresh, with a new homemade treat added each day to the delectable bread, yogurt and fruit. It was always served in a friendly, gracious manner.
