Location was excellent, with the bonus of on site parking. The apartment is well planned providing everything needed for a short stay.
No negatives - though we sometimes found the digital door lock tricky with cold hands but not a problem.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well-equipped. Location is fantastic for central Beverley, the Minster and parkland - we were very impressed by the town. The pedestrian area is delightful - we enjoyed beers and a folk evening at the ancient Monks Walk and a delicious meal at Greko. All the little shops looked charming - lots of independent vendors.
The worst thing was the fire alarm - the detector is placed far too near to the hob and we were only able to stop the awful noise because of a helpful neighbour (the instructions are very complicated). Stairs up to the first floor apartment are steep and narrow so a bit awkward with suitcases/our self-catering bags. The apartment was cold when we arrived but quickly warmed up.

Bedroom very compact, but kept banging my shin on the bed as narrow to get past.

Location into centre of beverley. And included parking.
The toilet brush was absolutely disgusting.
Can't even clean you teeth in a easy manner in a cramped bathroom.
Cups in kitchen cupboard not clean. Even though mentioned in property instructions to make sure you clean whatever you have used before leaving. Practice what you preach.
Bowl in kitchen sink. Dirty on the outside.
Obviously whoever is cleaning between people staying not doing a satisfactory job.
No bedside lamps. But you do get disco lights over the bed head.(Weird)
Bed covers way too heavy for the time of year.
