Staff were all so friendly and hospitable. From the buggy drivers to the reception to the staff at dining for breakfast and Rock Salt, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Great that the resort provides shuttle and buggy to go around the resort.
While with an awesome sea view and sizeable room, the rooms are visibly dated, and we noticed severe maintenance issues that pose safety concerns. Most notably, some of the floor tiles were popping up, which creates a significant tripping hazard - especially concerning for families traveling with young children.
Spa pricing is expensive. Should consider lowering price to woo more customers. Food options was limited too. Need more kids friendly options.

The scenery of this resort is superb.we get the aea view room. Wanted villa but fully booked.so getting 2 rooms instead.
Room was clean and i was impressed that they put sticker on the water jug to maintain the cleanliness.They have multiple pools too. Kids are able to enjoy themselves at a foam party. Huge variety of breakfast. Staff are all very accommodating and friendly. Tip top service.
My room aircond was not as cold as my daughter's room. But still bearable. Water from the sink in my room was very slow and little. Room service menu can be more variety especially for kids.

Private beach with beach activities.
Dalfa at the reception is very kind and helpful. He introduced me to ASR membership that Harris is under.
Jetski and ATV is the hightlight.
No banana boat sadly.
Buggy service is provided even to Barelang seafood. It is a wonderful experience.
First time experience, a bolster is provided in the hotel.😄 Very good.
Love the breakfast provided. Plenty to choose. A great start to start the day fuel up.
Air con noisy is very loud.
Woke up with a headache the next day. Air con remote could only reflect fan speed adjustment but the noisy levels remains high even the fan was adjusted to the lowest. All other buttons could not be used for any other settings. Feedback from the reception that all the rooms are the same. Basically, just ON and OFF button could be used.
Shower water pressure is on the low side for the twin bed room.
Plenty of mosquitoes in the room.
Property did not reply ALL my messages about Shuttle bus arrangement from Batam Ferry terminal. It was quite a disappointment for us prior to the trip planning. It could be quite a headache if you are not familar with this new place. Booking.com said they forwarded the message to the property but there was no respond or follow up from the property either.
Cooler provided is not cold enough.
providing a mini fridge is a better option.
