A converted garage with no real space to stay outside.

1) nice remote surroundings (for those who like this kind of vibe) 2) clean interior 3) well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine) 3) nice bathroom

Booking ad shows only the interior of the appartment. The exterior is deliberately hidden. 1) Location: The apartment is described as a "ground floor". In reality this is a converted GARAGE which is not mentioned nor shown in the photos. The main issue with that is that only entrance as well as 3 out of 4 windows go directly to the road. When sleeping on the sofa bed, you are literally around 1 m from passing cars, tractors and trucks. Even with the closed windows, you wake up multiple times by the passing cars. 2) The garden: the description indicates this object has a garden and terrace. This is a hugely false statement in my view. What the host considers as a garden is a cleaned sloped field with 4 dirty chairs. This so called garden is ON THE OPPOSITE side of the street! Moreover to access this “garden” you would need to go down with the provisional stairs. These steps were completely not maintained and had 10 cm steel nails sticking up which was extremely dangerous! The same object has another apartment above with a beautiful garden with nice lawn and leisure area. This however was only for the use of the guests of the other apartment. There is no sign of terrace that is listed in the ad. 3) The booking ad claims that the apartment has 60m2. That is completely false information. In reality the apartment has a MAXIMUM of 45-47m2 which is approx. 25% smaller then claimed. 4) Despite it was clean, the appartment had a slight smell of mold. I suppose this is beacuase the appartment is not heated during winter. The matterace of the sofa bed shows sign of mold. 5) Considering all above, i found the price of 105 eur per night as overvalued

We spend here 4 days with 8months old baby. The accomodation was very nice and super clean!

A great place in which I really want to return again.

Very wonderful quiet place with great views. Responsive and friendly hostess Maria. She told and showed everything. It was very nice talking to her. The apartment has absolutely everything from bathroom accessories to several types of olive oil for salad. :-)

Die Unterkunft war super, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war traumhaft, mitten in der Natur, man konnte sich gut erholen und entspannen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin Maria ist sehr nett und auch hilfsbereit, sie gibt auch Tips für Ausflugsziele. Wir würden wieder kommen.
