Cute and quirky, this place is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet stay in a busy city.
The downstairs kitchen came stocked and the friendly staff came by to collect payment and process check-in.
There are pushbikes available for use and umbrellas should you find yourself caught in an afternoon storm.
Stone bathtub outdoors.
Cooking facilities are basic but suitable if you want to make food.
Cameras and secure location.
Cash-only payment which I was not aware of prior to arriving. They only communicated this when I had just about arrived.
No hot water downstairs in the kitchen but this is not a dealbreaker just something I would like to know.

Host provide Eggs, Milk, Toast, marmelade, etc. for us and we can serve ourselves. Nice and easy.
The house and the setting is very nice - 3 similar houses grouped in a small yard. Enough privacy but nice and cosy. We can sit outside / downstairs for breakfast or in the evening and the room is upstairs.
Very quiet setting. 2 Coffee shops nearby as otherwise only instant coffee available
Bathroom a bit smelly. You would need a car for this hotel.
It is 20 - 30 min to Chiang Mai City - just keep this in mind. We were ok, as we went to Doi Intanon and other places and did not mind to much. Or move for 1 night to Chiang Mai like we did.

Perfect relaxing spot. Heaven in the wild. Beautiful house with all necessary facilities. Reliable wi-fi. Highly recommended for families and couples. Grab or taxi gets you in town for 200 bht. Loved it!
I respect traditional Thai breakfast with Tom Yum, but owners should consider option for more western meal. They put food in mailbox every morning. Bit far from centre and drivers may be wondering around before they find the place.
