Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro, dużo sklepów

Brak zasłony lub drzwi pod prysznicem, zalewa się cała łazienka, nie ma niczego czym można by było to zetrzeć, brak wieszaków lub polek w łazience, zepsuta roleta w oknie przez to w ciągu dnia nie można było jej odsunąć a mieszkanie jest dosyć ciemne

Very well located relative to the SGGW university campus. Access to public transportation is nearby and there’s a small convenience store right around the corner.

Shower now working properly, but still usable.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, mieszkanie w pełni spełniło nasze oczekiwania, komfortowo urządzone, świetna lokalizacja (zależało nam na Ursynowie), cicha i spokojna okolica, wbrew moim obawom bez problemu znajdowałam miejsce parkingowe pod blokiem. Chętnie skorzystamy ponownie!

Do rozważenia drobiazgi: naprawa żaluzji w jednym oknie, dodatkowa półka/szafka w łazience na kosmetyki, wieszak/stojak na ręczniki, mocniejsze światło/żarówka w salonie.

Widać amortyzację sprzętu. Pralka odsłonięta i zardzewiała blacha od dołu. Wyłączyłem z prądu aby nie było przebicia. Pod kanapą pełno kurzu i rozbite szkła. Stara butelka z sokiem. Musiałem sam uprzątnąć. Balkon zaniedbany i rosną chwasty w szczelinach. Niedziałająca wentylacja w łazience. Unoszący się zapach.
