Located in Frisco, this lovely house for $123 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhouse sleeps 10 with three king beds in 3-bedrooms and features a large additional sleeping/living area in the basement with a queen bed and a bunk bed. Great for kids and families! It features a brand new spacious back deck as of Fall 2021 with a gas grill, outdoor seating and awesome sunken hot tub. The basement level offers a bonus living area that's perfect for movie and game nights. Located in Frisco so you’re near Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Dillon, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail. The Summit Stage bus stop is less than a 5-minute walk. Whole Foods, Safeway, restaurants and breweries are within walking distance as well. This multi-level condo feels like home with wood beams and cozy living areas. The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Walk into the main living area that features a Smart TV next to a gas fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone surround. The homeowner has provided a selection of board games and a DVD player for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the multi-level private deck. Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air or walk down to the seating area or private hot tub after a long day of outdoor adventure. There is a gas grill on the deck for additional cooking options. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. New appliances added in Fall, 2020. The kitchen also features some household favorites including a drip-coffee maker. The dining table can seat six to ten and there are five additional seats at the breakfast bar. Also on this level is a guest bathroom with a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms have new toilets, installed in Fall, 2020, and are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Just across from the bathroom is the private washer and dryer, and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience. Upstairs is the master suite and two additional bedrooms, each with king-sized beds. The master bedroom features a mounted Smart TV, a private balcony, and en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms include dressers and USB charging stations on the nightstands. There is also a guest bathroom upstairs with a double sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Downstairs is a spacious living area that provides extra space for gathering and sleeping. On one side of the living area, there is a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, while on the other side, you'll find cozy seating around a Smart TV and an Xbox, creating a perfect space for entertainment and relaxation. Additionally, there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa, with sheets and blankets located in a closet. Adjacent to the living area is a large game table that can seat four to six guests. A bathroom with a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower is also located on this level. The spacious walk-in closet offers a vanity area with a sink. The homeowner has even provided a pack 'n play for guest use. Enjoy the convenience of the private two-car garage that will keep your vehicle protected from the elements. Plus, there is room for four additional vehicles in the driveway and along the side of the home. *Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. we had a great few days here. The house was perfect to fit 9 people and had every amenity we could think of. It was very clean and in a great location. We enjoyed using the hot tub. sledding at the Nordic center and using the bike path that the house is right on. Easy walk to a delicious Mexican restaurant too!

We loved this place! Plenty of space to relax after spending time in the mountains. 3 minutes from downtown Frisco and only 15 minutes from Breckinridge. Excellent communication from hosts regarding check-in/out, amenities, things to do, etc. We’ll be back again!

PLenty of open space to hang out with the family. Nice back patio and grill with hottub. Close to everything in town. I do not like the early check-in fee of $15 per hour. I have never seen this before. If it's ready and we're early, let us go early. It a cheap money grab and not cool.

The condo is perfectly situated next to restaurants, grocery stores, equipment rental and a brewery. The hot tub was sparkling clean when we checked in. My friend had her contacts shipped to the rental property and when they arrived a day early, the management company had someone bring them in from the porch and leave them inside for us.

We were very happy with Summit Country Rentals--great communication. This site is spacious, well equipped, a wonderful location. We loved the large bedrooms, king size beds and room to spread out for 6 adults. The 2 car garage was an added bonus. The outdoor deck and hot tub was so enjoyable both in the morning and in the evening. Great storage and closet space. We moved in and settled in and had a memorable and great stay here. We would yes recommend this property!

Great living room area that can accommodate large groups including seating. The openness of the Kitchen, Living Room and Dining area made it great for our group of 10 plus guests. We skied at Copper during our stay and next to staying at the mountain, location cant be beat.
We loved the hot tub for soaking after skiing and the fireplace was great for taking the chill off.
Easy access to the town via car, we felt it was too far to walk.
Would definitely stay here again with a group of 8-10.

We love this duplex! It is spacious, the mattresses are comfy and the kitchen works for a large group. There is some definite wear and tear but that is to be expected. The location is fabulous and there is plenty of parking. The new hot tub this year was lovely! Three suggestions for immediate improvement to the guest experience: a tea pot, scour and bleach the master shower floor and fix the lift for the hot tub cover.

The house was in excellent condition with plenty of space for our group to live comfortably together for a long weekend. Location was amazing - we were walking distance to a great local brewery (Outer Range) and multiple grocery stores. Very easy access to the many ski resorts in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was a great opportunity to bring adult friends together. We had 5 adult men for a ski trip and this home easily provided enough room and beds. 3 bedrooms upstairs with king beds was awesome. The basement provided plenty of room as well with a Queen and bunk bed. The living room had 2 huge couches and other seating to accommodate 10+ people. The hot tub is 6 short feet outside the sliding porch door. The kitchen provided all the essentials to make meals and we didn’t need to eat out. Safeway is 3 blocks away to go grocery shopping.

Wasn’t clean, hot tub was green, basement didn’t have heat, bathroom sink didn’t drain, fireplace didn’t work. Called about issues and was told someone would be out but they weren’t and issues weren’t resolved.

Loved the location. Close to everything, including the interstate, but very quiet. Well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Very roomy and open so great for large groups. The hot tub is huge and an added bonus . We had a few minor issues that we shared with the rental company after our trip. Wasn’t major enough to have them come out during our stay. They were very appreciative we let them know and said they will take care of those issues. The place is dated, which didn’t bother us, but still very nice.

Overall we had a very nice stay. One drawback was the television in the main living room never worked. We called and someone came out but was unsuccessful in getting it to work. We were also very surprised at the number of fees on the final bill. We didn't use the hot tub but were charged $70 for chemicals. I'd recommended asking what the total cost is before reserving.

Spacious, has many extras. The beds and rooms were great. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and spices. Our wedding was held at Frisco Adventure Park and it was minutes from the house. Convenient to grocery stores and Walmart too.Could not find an iron or ironing board, "we really searched". but called Summit County and they delivered a brand new one that afternoon. Great Service! Spa on the deck was a big hit and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend this place for large family or friend gathering.

Check in and communication was easy and effortless. Place was clean and had all that was needed for a comfortable stay. A couple challenges were resolved quickly. I would suggest a new mattress for the basement queen. A new coffee maker wouldn't hurt. And detail what kind of coffee maker (pods vs grounds) in description so grocery shopping is easier. Some parts of the home are a bit dated but well maintained. Overall, it's a great place and we had a great stay. Is definitely on my list of winter options now.

Great place easy to get to can walk to shops and easy to get to ski resorts but need a AWD vehicle. WE found everything in the house including spices if you want to cook. It was snowing hard while we were there. Wish someone would come to shovel the snow.

We had a wonderful time at Hawn Drive! The place was extremely well equipped and had everything we could possibly need. It was spacious and allowed for our large family to be extremely comfortable. The kids were happy in their own large space in the basement. The location could not be any better with easy access to so many ski areas. Grocery shopping was very easy as anything you needed was 3 minutes away. We hope to take another ski trip soon and we will definitely be renting this place again!

The location was great! Walking distance to groceries, restaurants and a wonderful craft brewery. An easy drive to ski or hike. The Parking for multiple vehicles was also a huge plus. We always end up driving up from Denver at different times in different cars. The 3 bedrooms upstairs with king beds and the extra beds on the lower level was really nice too. But the main hang out area with a lovely kitchen, comfy couches, a huge tv, gas fireplace, table that sat 10 and awesome hot tub out on the deck was where we spent our time. Those that wanted to stay up late went down to the lower level and others up to bed. The young adults in the family want to stay longer next time. It would be a great rental in any season so we will return. Maybe when the aspen are turning in the fall!

Rental was very nice. Perfect for what we needed. Management asked us on the first day if there was anything we needed. It was not a problem for us but the basement shower was clogged and was fixed by the time we got home from skiing on our first day. I have rented in Summit county for about 15 years and I would say it was the easiest check in and best management process I have dealt with. Thank you.

Finding a home with king-size beds in at least three bedrooms is hard to do so this house was perfect!! The extra living space downstairs was great for teenage kids!
