Spartan but very inexpensive. Very close to station.

We needed an inexpensive place to stay, and wanted to be close to the train station. It is very spartan, don't expect anything fancy or new. The building is old, don't expect it to not be. If you can deal with an older dorm like building with only the bare essentials, then it can be ok. The cleaning lady is very sweet. And the host was very responsive when we had a problem.

We had issues with the gas as there was no lighter in the apartment. But the host was very kind and came down late to help us get it sorted out.

The worst experience ever

It's right in front of the train station which makes it easy to move around.

We visited Foligno in July, with outside temperatures way above 30 we had 38°C in the room, with no air conditioning, just the fan on the ceiling that made no difference. The bathroom was filthy, the shower cabin was falling apart - we had to fix one side just to make sure it wouldn't fall on us. We are NEVER coming back
