Updated 4 bedroom, 3 bath home ON the RIVER! AWESOME sunsets! Lots of covered deck space for outdoor enjoyment! LARGE Master Suite with whirlpool tub & walk in shower. Easy access only 1 block off Hwy 66 in Sevierville! Just 5 miles off I-40! 1.5 miles to Sevierville Golf Club, Sevierville Convention Center & Wilderness in the Smokies! Great Smoky Mtn National Park is approx 20 miles, Pigeon Forge & Dollywood 8 miles, Tanger Outlets 5 miles! Restaurants, grocery, & shopping less than 2 miles away! Enjoy the peaceful serene environment in this old home that has been made modern! I raised my son in this home & enjoyed entertaining friends. When my son entered graduate school at UT, the home became a bit too big for me & my little dog so I have downsized & decided to open this beauty up for guests to make memories, feel at home & enjoy the atmosphere of the area! The home is located on the Little Pigeon River. You may fish from the banks with the proper license required by the State of TN. The home has 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths upstairs. There are 2 living areas downstairs, one with a pull out sleeper sofa. There's also a full bath on the main level. I still live in this neighborhood. I enjoy the close proximity of the Great Smoky Mtn National Park, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge & downtown Knoxville. There are so many FUN things to do in the area that this location affords you to move with ease in any direction! And if you enjoy just catching your breath on the porch overlooking the river, well, I don't think there's any better place! Very nice house. Lots of room. We were there for a wedding so we didn't have much time there to enjoy the porch and firepit.

Amazing rooms, comfort, the back porch was our favorite place. Very affordable, easy check in/out. Easy access to town. The hostess was very quick to respond to our questions. Front steps could use a rail. Thanks for having us. Will highly recommend location.

Our family of 4 had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy our stay. House had everything we needed and way more character than a typical vacation home. We hope to stay there again!

This is hands down our favorite rental in piegon forge. Clean and spacey. Host are amazing. Any time we come to pigeon forge this is where we will stay

The house was in a peaceful setting away from the busyness of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. We had everything we needed and were very happy with the house and property.

We were here for a convention @ the Sevierville Convention Center. Great location for us to get back & forth with trailer parking across the street for our box trailer!

Absolutely loved my stay. The house is in a great location. Close to all the attractions but not so close that you're bothered by the noise and lights. The wraparound porch with it's view of the river was perfect for morning coffee and sitting and talking after dinner. We had our Thanksgiving catered from Apple Barn and ordered too much and the owners were nice enough to help us donate what we had to the First Responders. We also and another very small problem and they came right over to help. This will not be my first and last visit to the Pink Majestic Lady. I can't wait to come back next year.

Was a nice home, but the cleanliness needs some work along with lawn maintenance. The bath tub is very slick

Loved staying at the Pink Majestic. Very roomy, clean, and great location. We loved staying there. It was close to Pigeon Forge but far enough away to make you feel like you aren’t surrounded. The boys fished in the river and caught a bass. Plenty of room to spread out but also enough room for everyone to have dinner together too. Loved our stay!!

Pink Majestic is Amazing
Loved staying at the Pink Majestic. Very roomy, clean, and great location. We loved staying there. It was close to Pigeon Forge but far enough away to make you feel like you aren’t surrounded. The boys fished in the river and caught a bass. Plenty of room to spread out but also enough room for everyone to have dinner together too. Loved our stay!!

Been coming to pigeon forge for rod run last 5 years. This has been one of my favorite rentals. Clean, spacious, convenient, and it had so much charm. Lots of parking. Close to strip but still a very peaceful scenery next to river. Will be booking again.

Great Weekend Getaway
This was a great weekend getaway! So close to all Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. Minutes from Dollywood.
The views from deck are spectacular! Missy is a great Host!

Our family was so excited to finally be together on vacation. The location of the home did not offer the peace and quiet that we had anticipated. It was very close to the main highway into the Smoky Mountains. Being unfamiliar with the area, we did not anticipate this type of congestion that would be so close to the property. As a home base, it did work out fine. The river was not accessible which was disappointing.
Generally speaking, the house was good overall. It offered so much space and the huge wraparound covered porch was an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dinnerware, glasses. I was stunned that there was not one spice in the kitchen , not even salt! In order to cook, guests must bring there own spices along on the trip or be prepared to purchase locally. I have never experienced this at a rental home before. All and all, we did enjoy our stay and would stay again.

Great location and a HUGE house. More room than we knew what to do with. Great WiFi, amazing backyard. We enjoyed the fire pit and the huge porches.

Sisters trip
We arrived 15 minutes after the check-in time with groceries and the cleaning lady was still there and didn’t leave for another 40 minutes. The house was also not as clean as It could be. The location on the Little Pigeon was nice. The house had plenty of room to spread out with a big porch and corn hole game.

Two things were a little disappointing. The kitchen and bathrooms were not as well supplied as we would have expected. There were no spices, cooking or cleaning supplies,garbage bags or extra toilet paper. Typically a short term rental has these necessities. Also, the layout upstairs was confusing and one of the two sets of stairs was a little dangerous.
These points would not be deal breakers but would be helpful for future guests.
All on all, we had a great time during our stay.
