The breakfast was really good as it was cooked to order and was really tasty and the coffee was good too
The staff were really attentive in taking orders and making sure that every thing was perfect

Great location, great staff right from the reception to restaurant. Very polite behaviour and every thing was perfectly arranged,
Had a one night stay but will definitely look for a longer stay.

Simply be there. Ask for a room overlooking the lake.
People who are scared of steep hilly road, should walk 50 mtrs during the final entry to the hotel from main road.

The only positive is the view. I guess it offers a view which no other hotel could offer in Mirik.
The management was shabby. They would clean the table & set it up after we reach the dining room for breakfast. Then breakfast would arrive after half an hour.
We were given stale chicken one day at dinner. It was totally uneatable.
We were told to take dinner by 9pm, as their chef would go home by that time. On our last night we were served dinner at 8:40pm.
The menu card had a variety of items & we were happy. But while ordering 80% of the items are not available.
Their chef can't adjust the heat (spicy) of the food according to our request. So we had to stick to a 1-2 items which were less spicy.
