Ein so liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienappartment. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Wirklich toll!! Tolle Gastgeber, tolle Übergabe. Getränke, Obst und Knabbereien waren kostenlos da. Hatten wir so noch nie. Kommen gerne wieder.

Alles is kraknet en gezellig. Super vriendelijke host! Kinderen wouden samen op 1 kamer slapen en hij heeft voor een extra matras gezorgd. De keuken heeft al het nodige, water en frisdrank was er voor ons in de frigo. Er is een mogelijkheid om ontbijt te bestellen. Het appartement is aan de straatkant maar 's nachts is het muisstil. Phantasialand is op 15min rijden, verschillende restaurantjes/take aways en supermarkten zijn vlakbij.

La propreté du lieu est très bien. il y a tout ce dont on a besoin.
Les hôtes avaient préparé une séries de petites attentions pour les petits et les grands qui font que nous nous sommes sentis bien accueillis.
Le confort des lits.
Le calme et la facilité d'accès.
On s'y sent comme à la maison.
La personne qui nous a accueillis ne parlait pas anglais, ni français mais nous nous sommes compris et avons reçu toutes les explications nécessaires. Donc pas du tout un problème :)

A truly excellent apartment. It was very spacious for four adults, with a very well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to self-cater. Alex and Natascha were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcome. We stayed two nights either side of a visit to Phantasialand and we wish we'd stayed longer as the apartment was so cosy and warm, even when the weather outside was freezing!

Tout était impeccable : propreté, accueil, décoration, équipements, confort. Rien à dire sinon un grand bravo.
Les propriétaires avait prévu de tout dans la cuisine du thé et du café bien sûr mais aussi du lait, des fruits des céréales.
De multiples petites attentions qui rendent le lieu exceptionnel. Merci à la Landhaus team.

Absolutely FANTASTIC!! Even in the smallest details, attention to detail. Had absolutely everything we needed and much more! The owner is amazing! We would highly recommend them and would definitely be back if we head in that direction again. If I could give 15 out of 10 we would

The breakfast was more of a break-feast! Amazing how much effort was put into it! Different types of charcuterie, cheese, cucumbers, radish, fruit salad, coffee, tea, fruit yoghurt, ... too much to sum it all up!

We have stayed here a number of times now as it is fabulous; it is always spotless, and with a personalised greeting sign! It feels so comfortable and welcoming.
I only score it as "meeting expectations" because I've been before - otherwise I would say it exceeds expectation.
The only thing that would be an improvement is better lighting in the twin bed bedroom. Wall or ceiling lights or a tall lamp.

The flat was very nice.
We faced one problem it made our residence uncomfortable at all..
The flat was very cold (our visit was in November) and heat system was not working properly at that day, we got sick all due to that. We informed the team there for this problem but no serious action has been taken and even no following up.
Despite the cuteness of the flat but we are sorry to mention to this event, it hide all other positive points..

You could not wish to stay at a nicer place, everything about it was perfect, right down to the personalised welcome sign. Very well equipped , and lovingly personalised by the owners. The hosts are delightful, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this without hesitation definitely would like to stay here again, for longer next time.

The hosts were very nice and the apartment was clean, well furnished, and very homey when we arrived. They had snacks and some nice drinks in the kitchen for us. The house felt very modern and well maintained.
It was ok for my friends to get there by taxi from Euskirchen but public transit around there seemed a bit difficult (which is not the hosts fault but it was something we had to figure out).

Just so pleased with the minute details & decor of the house..
except for the heating going off sometimes - rest was just perfect. Lot of heart has gone into setting the place up & has a superb positive vibe
