Apartamento comodo y bien ubicado

Apartamento comodo , amplio y muy bien ubicado en la Isla. Cerca a diferentes restaurantes y playas.

Los sartenes y ollas de la cocina estaban en un estado lamentable, la ducha de uno de los baños no funciono bien, a pesar que lo manifeste no se hizo ningun arreglo y nos toco utilizar una sola ducha para los 4

Agradable

Por lejos la ubicación es lo mejor del departamento a pasos de la playa, y con una vista hermosa al mar. A la salida de la Torre hay almacenes de 24 horas abierto y variedad de restaurantes. El departamento es muy amplio y bello.

El baño, necesita con urgencia ser reparado se visualiza una gran cantidad de hongo en las duchas por el tipo de pared que posee. uno de los extractores de aire del baño no funciona y las manilla del lavamanos son horrible si la abres un poco más de la cuenta te dejarán todo mojado sin contacto que se visualiza óxido en ellas. De entrada al departamento se huele fuerte el olor a humedad del baño.

Poco satisfecha con el servicio.

Cuando llegamos no estaba la encargada de entregar y recibir las llaves de acuerdo al horario que nos dieron, varios daños, el drenaje del lavamanos del baño social tapado, me tocó hacer la tarea de destaparlo, un espejo cerca a la habitación auxiliar estaba roto y era muy incómodo usarlo, el precio del alquiler para la temporada muy costoso comparado con otros apartamentos disponibles en el mismo edificio y de mas lujo, el equipo ubicado en la sala no funcionó, no había control y el número de la persona encargada nunca funcionó. En verdad muy costoso, 940.000 diarios de alojamiento muy pero muy costoso.

The apartment was big, had nice views and is in a great location. Air conditioners and hot showers worked great. It would have been nice if breakfast was included for the price.

There was black mold on the shower walls and also in the master bedroom wall due to humidity. There was a huge miscommunication with the property owner and booking.com and the checkin date was not available until the next day due to a late checkout for the previous guests. Even though the apartment was vacant as of the night before, the housekeeper did not clean the apartment until 2:30pm despite the error. To top things off, she didn't do a thorough job of dusting and cleaning the house.

this was a great location and a nice comfortable apt. everyone is so friendly!

really nice apt, my favorite part was the balcony with the Amazing view. it was relaxing to hang out there during the day and hear the music from other hotels around at night.

when it was time to sleep it was a little noisy due to other hotels/ restaurants in the area.

Amazing

Upon arrival we got the keys at the reception, as we don't speak proper spanish was a bit harder to communicate but staff was friendly and willing to help. Stefy was an amazing host and was in touch all the time during our stay. The apartment is very spacious and the ladies were cleaning every 2 days. The shower was good and A/C too. The internet on the first day was working inside the apartment (we were on the 1st floor), but after only the one in the common area was working.

The toilet was a bit dirty when we arrive but after contact Stefy she sorted it out promptly. The main room is very bright if you don't mind sleep with sunshine in your face. The room in the back is very noise as people pass through the corridor speaking loud very early in the morning (but is a residential building so people are just living their routine while we are trying to get a bit more rest on our vacation :) ). Basics like sponge to wash dishes were not provided so we had to buy few cleaning products.

The building itself is a little run down but the apartment is well kept. Also seems like AC wasn't cooling all that much.
