Great location, in the city center. It was loud outside but very quiet inside the apartment. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. Cute little terrace and parking inside the garden. Nice sofa in the living room and toiletries in the bathroom. Great shower.
The only challenge was to get in with the car as the gate is quite narrow and it is a one way street with frequent traffic. No coffee maker, only a french press.

Location
Cold water pressure in the kitchen is very weak. Since it’s a ground-floor apartment, you can’t leave the windows open when you are out or sleeping. Pieces of the wall had fallen off in the living room, which is not something you want to look at. The lights in the living room flicker, which gives you a headache. The TV is old and lacks YouTube or any streaming apps. While none of these issues make the apartment unlivable, they do make the difference between a very nice stay and a mediocre one.
However, the thing that truly ruined our stay was the host, without a doubt. She was constantly texting me about the check-in time and payment. I gave her no reason to doubt us as guests, but she was incredibly annoying. We did miss our check-in time for a very good reason, and we informed her that we were still coming and not canceling our reservation. Despite this, she rushed to cancel it anyway. It was probably an attempt to scam Booking.com and avoid their fees. We managed to check in in the end, but during our stay, she kept pushing for payment—which we never, not even for a moment, tried to avoid or gave her a reason to doubt. She is a very difficult person who completely ruined our stay.
